Kingsley House is a commercial office building in Lowestoft, Suffolk, and serves as the headquarters for Kingsley Healthcare Group.

History

Kingsley Healthcare, a company that provides residential care, nursing care, and specialised care for people with learning disabilities and dementia, started with its very first care home in Lowestoft in 1999. In 2016, the company moved its central operations and administrative team to what was formerly a five-story office building called Clapham House. After a multimillion-pound refurbishment, the building was renamed Kingsley House.

The building on Clapham Road South is the hub for the company’s senior management and various head office departments, including finance, human resources, and IT. It also houses the offices for Kingsley Home Care, a service that offers in-home assistance and companionship.

The company’s decision to locate its headquarters in Lowestoft, where its journey began, was a strategic move to affirm its commitment to the area and contribute to local regeneration
